A quick reminder, The Mercury Messenger will take a Christmas holiday break until the early days of January 2022 to recharge and refuel and indulge in the desire to badger down and read our way out of the gloom of dead-end politics into the light of useful insight and renewed optimism. The Merc will come back briefly December 20 with the publication of V.B. Price’s 2021 Christmas poems entitled, “Five Prodigal Gifts of Loss.”
